A family that gives whole heartedly

Meet the Hansen Family.  

Years and years ago I met Jodi through a special needs community here in Utah.  I was a young mom with a young son who has multiple disabilities and needs care in all areas.  I felt alone, scared, unsure, and so unknowledgeable as to what to do and how to do it in the way of navigating the special needs world and the services, insurances, lists, etc.   She also has a special needs son who is so amazing and Jodi and Mark have taught him how to advocate for himself and for his friends.  Jodi has taken the time to talk to me, reassure me that I was doing good as a mother, helped me navigate Early Intervention, IEP’s, waiting lists, insurance appeals, you name it!  She is a phenomenal friend, a great mentor, and such a giving person.

The Hansen’s are a loving, giving, kind family and I’m so honored to call them friends.  Often you can find them helping other families in need even when they could use the help themselves.  Thank you for being my friend and for many more years to come.
